After a thorough assessment at BluePearl, including bloodwork and urinalysis, the vets have determined that his unique challenges are neurological and likely something he was born with. Sadly, his mom, Dottie, passed from a brain infection, possibly exposing Dave in utero. The good news? None of his littermates have shown symptoms, and rest assured, this condition is neither transmissible nor progressive! 🌟 Since rejoining the rescue, Dave has been a superstar! He hasn’t had any litter box issues, suggesting his previous struggles may have stemmed from environmental factors rather than medical. Now, let’s talk about Dave’s personality! This delightful kitty adores curling up in warm laps and soaking up all the love.
