Meet the charming and resilient Cessna! 🌟 This lovely feline has come a long way since arriving at the shelter in Spring 2024. He was once a little lost soul, trapped and brought in by a property manager who was trying to help clear out strays. At first, Cessna was a bit of a wild card—feral, wary, and unsure of humans. But thanks to the tireless dedication of our amazing volunteers, who showered him with patience and love, he has blossomed into a sweet and gentle companion! Cessna has developed quite a personality! When you see him now, you’ll witness the joy in his affectionate head-butting with his fellow feline friends. 🐱💖 He adores other cats, especially the ladies, and prefers a calmer environment where he can thrive at his own pace. Watching him sit by the window and soak up the sun—or just bird-watch—reminds one of the simple joys in life. 🌞 However, be advised that Cessna is not a fan of being picked up and held; he very much values his independence! This darling guy is seeking a home without the chaos of young children, as he can still be a bit skittish due to his past. While the shelter dog roaming the hallway is a bit much for him, he might warm up to a smaller, gentle dog. Cessna needs a calm environment where he can feel safe and loved, one where he can express his sweet personality.
