ADOPT ME Michael Patrick Porkins 8 weeks old Domestic short haired Black/white tuxedo Fully vetted prior to adoption Michael Patrick Porkins was found as a stray and surrendered to the shelter as a kitten! He was a single kitten in the shelter and taking valuable kennel space on what is proving to be a very busy kitten season. So we welcomed him into PKR in hopes of clearing some kennel space for the shelter! Michael Patrick Porkins is named from an I Think You Should Leave Skit and he is, in fact, in the running for baby of the year. #iykyk He has grown into quite the spunky and sweet character. He is ever so loved in his foster home by the humans, cats, and dogs! He has not a single fear in this world. He will walk right up to any dog and give them a pat pat on the nose, a boop boop if you will! Michael Patrick Porkins is playful, loving, a purr machine. He is so silly and he melts onto his back to be pet. His only flaw is that he does have some mild food aggression towards cats he shares a food bowl with his kitty siblings and is even kept in the same kennel as them, even while eating. Fights do not occur, Michael Patrick Porkins is just large and in charge and growls while he is eating his food this will likely go away as he gets older and realizes that food isn't scarce. Who knows how long he was deprived of food! Dogs: Michael Patrick Porkins doesn't mind the dogs in his foster home. He is being fostered with several calm and crazy dogs, some with varying cat-socialability. Hes used to rough and tumble, but doesn't prefer it with his current size (who knows what being an adult kitty for him will be like!) He enjoys cuddling, patting, and hanging with his doggy friends if they are in the picture. Cats: Yes! Michael Patrick Porkins has been excellent with all cats, even the evil resident kitty. He keeps his distance and respects her space... and doesn't fight back when she goes after come in and out of his Foster's home while he's been here. Michael Patrick Porkins currently ADORES his foster kitten siblings (different litters) and Michael Patrick Porkins would need a kitty friend in his future forever home. Kids: Michael Patrick Porkins is likely excellent with kiddos. Playful and loving! He isn't much of an easily startled cat. So kiddos would be fine in his forever. Litter habits: Litter trained, uses pine pellets Michael Patrick Porkins will literally spot you across the room and go sauntering up to you for pets, as if a spotlight is on you and him.
