They were just wee kittens, only 7 weeks old when they joined us—and right from the start, Newt was ready to shine as an indoor sweetheart! 🏡💖 From the moment she graced us with her presence, Newt was the epitome of calm. She’s a quiet soul who absolutely adores being held. Not one complaint when it came time for her deworming medication or flea preventative—seriously, can you believe that? If someone told us she was a pampered indoor kitty who just lost her way, we’d believe it! 😺✨ Our wonderful Foster Mother believes Newt could be the proverbial "starter cat" for a child learning the ropes of pet care or even for an adult who’s never had a furry friend before. Low maintenance? Check! She keeps her mess to a minimum (let’s be real, she is still a kitten—there’s bound to be a tiny bit of fluff!). Not a super chatty girl, but when it comes to snuggling, she’s all in! 🥰💤 Newt has mingled with big dogs before. Initially, she was hesitant, but once she realized they were just curious sniffers, she rolled with it like a champ! 🐶 Her tolerance for their barking is impressive; she's learned that barking can sometimes just be the background noise of life. Now at 5 months old, the "Shed Babies" have blossomed into their own unique characters, each with adorable quirks. Newt embodies the spirit of just wanting to be your loyal buddy.
