🌟 Meet Buttascotch, lovingly nicknamed "Butta"! This shy little queen is on a journey of transformation, waiting for her moment to truly shine. Can you imagine the glow-up when she finds her forever home? It’s like magic! 🪄✨ Butta came to the rescue through another compassionate soul while rescuing from a challenging hoarding situation. She was one of the last (and shyest) gems to be saved, and can you blame her for being a tad unsure of the world? 😿 Now, after almost a year with us (as of this December!), she's made wonderful progress, but let's be honest—this shelter setup just isn’t where she can truly thrive. Butta is ready for her next chapter and just needs that special person to guide her on this adventure! At around 4 years young, Butta is an independent lady who absolutely adores playtime—wand toys are her absolute jam! 🐾 While she’s not quite the snuggle bug just yet, she’s beginning to enjoy gentle pets from those she trusts. It may take a little time (or maybe even longer) for her to become a lap cat, and that’s absolutely okay! With a gentle touch and a sprinkle of patience, the wonders of this sweet soul will unfold. 💖 What she craves is a safe, quiet, and patient home—a sanctuary where she can continue to learn that she is cherished and loved. 🏡💗 We’re ideally looking for someone open to a foster-to-adopt situation, where we can support both you and Butta during her transition. If adoption isn’t quite the right fit yet, a long-term foster who can provide her the time and consistency she needs would bring us so much joy!
