20% of all adopted pets are returned to their originating rescue. Buddy solves this via our AI-powered virtual veterinarian and trainer that is available 24/7 support to support new owners through the adoption process and reduce returns for your rescue.
Our AI supports adopters by providing:

📥 How does Buddy work for rescues and shelters?
When a person applies for one of your animals on Buddy, their application is sent directly to your rescue's email, where you can chat with the applicant, schedule a visit, —right from the email - to help expedite and streamline the adoption process.
The best part? No software and no integration! You can use it with your current workflow without disruption. It's as simple as responding to an email.
