Little Miss Callie is a 4-year-old breeder release Sheepadoodle who is just beginning to discover how wonderful life can be when she is loved, safe, and treated like the princess she was always meant to be. This sweet girl may be shy at first, but underneath that cautious exterior is a gentle, smart, and loving companion who simply needs a little patience and reassurance. When you hold her close and remind her she's safe, Callie melts right in for cuddles. Callie has already made so much progress in foster care. She is potty trained, is learning to walk on a leash, and has discovered the joy of soft dog beds and cozy comforts around the house. She also enjoys spending quiet time in her open kennel, where she feels secure and relaxed. Every day she grows a little braver and more confident. Because of her past, Callie would do best in a quieter home where she can continue to blossom at her own pace. She gets along well with the other dogs in her foster home and does well with cats too. Another confident dog in the home will be required to help guide her and continue building her confidence. A securely fenced yard will also be important for her comfort and safety as she adjusts to her new life. Dogs coming from breeding facilities like Callie are incredibly rewarding companions, but they do require understanding, patience, and compassion as they learn to trust the world around them.
