AvailableAbout A Boy Named Iris
🖤 Meet Iris 🖤 Most irises are flowers… this one just happens to be a tiny black kitten instead. ❤️ This 9 to 10-week-old Domestic Shorthair first arrived at the shelter at only 2 weeks old alongside other kittens and spent his early weeks growing up safely in foster care until he was old enough for adoption. Now Iris has officially bloomed into a playful, curious little guy who is ready to plant himself directly into somebody’s heart and home. With his sleek black coat and bright kitten energy, he manages to be equal parts adorable troublemaker and tiny gentleman. And yes, Iris is a boy. Somewhere along the way, somebody saw wrong, but the name stuck… and it actually suits him perfectly. Iris does well with kids, gets along with other cats, is litterbox trained, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready to head home today. 💲 Adoption Fee: $35 📍 Stafford County Animal Shelter 26 Frosty Lane Stafford, VA 22554 📞 540.658.7387 🕒 Hours: Monday-Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. We welcome walk-in adoptions.
