Meet Duke, who is a very big and loving boy! He's 2.5 years old, weighs 93 lbs, and is an Anatolian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees mix! He was surrendered due to his owner moving and not being able to bring him along. He's affectionate, talkative, curious, independent, friendly, and social! We're told he's a lapdog who's lived with a cat, whom he was friendly and rambunctious with, as well as another large dog, with whom he was friendly, although he would guard his food and water around them. He's also lived with young children, whom he was friendly with. His favorite treat is frozen carrots cooked in chicken broth. Duke likes pets, tug-o-war, cuddling, playing chase, getting belly rubs, and playing outside! He tends to walk on a tight leash, so we'd recommend a large Weiss Walkie leash! He's kennel and house-trained, and will bark and pace when he needs to go outside.
