She arrived at Cobb Animal Services as a stray on May 19th, and how a dog this beautiful and this sweet ended up without a home is hard to understand. What is not hard to understand is that she is something special — and the right person is going to know it the moment they meet her. Sienna is cute, sweet, and playful, follows basic commands, and is great in her kennel. At just one year old she is still in the early pages of her story, full of energy and eagerness and everything that makes a young dog so irresistible. She is estimated to reach 40 to 50 lbs as an adult — an athletic, medium sized girl with the intelligence of a Shepherd and the spirit of a Shiba Inu. Because Sienna came in as a stray, her full history is unknown — but what she has shown since arriving speaks volumes. She is calm where it counts, playful when the moment calls for it, and responsive to the people around her. She is a dog who is ready to learn, ready to bond, and ready to thrive with the right person beside her. Sienna is young, gorgeous, and full of promise.
