Bellwether is a shy but sweet lady. She came in with her hair matted so badly it was starting to cut off circulation to her legs. Obviously her trust in humans isn't great so she needs someone that will take it slow. Her ideal home will be a quieter one where she has a safe place to take a nap! She likes to be carried, but she also likes to go for little walks.
