From Bruce's former family: Bruce's story started a little rough. He was found severely neglected as a tiny puppy in someone's yard, and since rescuing him we've spent the last few months helping him heal, grow, and learn what it means to feel safe and loved. Now that he's healthy and thriving, we feel it's time for him to find his forever home. Bruce is an incredibly sweet, quirky boy with a big personality. His favorite thing in the world is his soccer ball, and he's always happy to entertain himself with toys or a good bone to chew on. He's playful, affectionate, and full of goofy puppy energy. Despite his rough start, Bruce has grown into a very well-adjusted pup. He currently lives comfortably with cats and a child - he does well with children, and can do well with a cat. He's curious, social, and eager to be part of whatever his people are doing. His foster says " Bruce is a happy, sweet, energetic puppy! He loved to get his energy out on long walks, and then take a long nap. He loves his toys, especially his tennis ball. He loves to chase leaves and pick up sticks! He still has lots of puppy energy, but he is house trained and crate trained! He is so attentive and loves everyone he meets. Bruce would fit perfectly into any home that will give him the love and energy he needs!"
