Shy Guy is a 2–3 month old wire terrier/beagle mix puppy who definitely lived up to his name at first. Out of all the puppies, he took the longest to warm up to us and needed a little extra time to feel safe and confident. But once he realized he was loved, everything changed. Now, Shy Guy is often one of the first puppies to run over and greet us, and watching his confidence grow has been incredibly rewarding. Beneath that initial hesitation is a sweet, loving little pup who just needed reassurance and patience to let his personality shine. He’s still discovering the world around him, but every day he grows a little braver, a little sillier, and a little more affectionate. Shy Guy will make an especially special companion for someone who understands the beauty of earning a puppy’s trust. Our puppy adoption fee is $150 plus a $50 refundable spay/neuter deposit to be returned once they are altered when age appropriate. Puppies have received age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives.
